Aims & Objectives
•To arrange for medical camps, seminars , for the treatment , welfare & awareness of the public regarding several diseases like AIDS, Cancer, Diabetes, Hepatitis, Alcoholism and Drug Addition etc.
•To help in the education of needy, poor & brilliant children girls and to provide scholarship- financial aid in the field of education.
•To open & run schools for technical institution or colleagues for general public in rural or urban area.
•To provide relief to the victims of natural calamities.
•To arrange service of general public utility – awareness of public regarding human rights.
•To arrange in various worthy activities as shall be form time to time deemed appropriate by the board of trustee.
•To open branches where ever considered expedient for the promotion of above objects
•To do all that is related conducive or incidental to the fulfillment of the above objects.
•To create a sense of brotherhood, co-operation, mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the members of the society and general public.
•To conduct research in education and other disciplines on the different subject relating to education.
•To promote literacy, cultural and other activities social activities by awareness programs, adults education classes, lectures, essay competition exhibition, cultural programs, press conferences and seminars.
•To develop a healthy as well as critical attitude towards the development of youth activities, mental physical and moral uplift of the student and those connected with institution so as to make them good citizens.
•To engage, employ or hire appropriate staff, workers, legal experts and other professionals, attorney, managers and agents for the work and furtherance of the aims and objects of the society of the society and o pay their wages, salaries , stipends of fees.
•To aid or establish any institute or adopt means for imparting. Promotion of ant art, science or other field of education , propagate for removal of social evils, customs or render or promote self-help o overcome any of these evils particularly for the poor or weaker sections of the society in India or aboard.
•To take up effective, reasonable and lawful steps for the solution of problems relating to members of the society or relating to city & general public.
•To print, publish, start, conduct and issue any books, pamphlets, posters and magazines, periodicals and newspaper that may be considered desirable for the promotion of the objects of the society.
•To raise money from any of the above objects or purpose by mortgaging or charging all or any such property as may legally be mortgaged for charged with capital sum.
•To acquire by gifts, purchase, exchange, lease or hire or otherwise any lands, building, playgrounds, parks and other movable or immovable property and construct, maintain buildings for the purpose of the society.
•Top solicit, obtain or accept subscription, donation, grants bequests and trusts from any person, firm, corporation or institution for the purpose of welfare of society.
•To approach the competent court/courts to safeguard he rights of the general public and for the public interest from time to time, as the society may deem fit and proper.
•To ad all such other lawful acts, deeds or things as are incidental or conducive to attainment of any of the above objects.
•All the incomes, earnings, movable properties of the society shall be solely utilizes and applied towards the promotions of its Aims and objectives only as set forth in the Memorandum of the society and no profit thereof shall be paid to transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends onus, profits or in manners whatsoever to the presents or the past members pf the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits , whatsoever, by virtue of this membership.
